Modify storybook-auth-addon package to drop react-scripts

The sole purpose of this package is to create an html page to receive the redirect from oidc, when this was created, it was a quick solution that was used everywhere, now its having waaay too many depenencied and react-scritps are no longer maintained. There is certainly a much lighter way of doing this.
