Is the rancher agent for arm, v1.2.6 available on docker hub ?

Unfortunately not, we only have v1.2.1 available on dockerhub - for aarch64 only.

Not at the moment, Rancher moves at a very fast pace - we were working with rancher v1.5.8 at the time and the latest version of rancher is already 1.6.10.
Proper tooling around Rancher ecosystem need to be implemented in order to automate this. The variant we have require some manual work - building and adding aarch64 binaries to images, etc - which makes hard to keep up with Rancher release cycle.
