Implement the functions that we will need to make requests to the EGA API

These functions will be used later in the actual integration flow for updating the EGA approved users list

The functions/requests to be implemented are:

  • Get permissions
  • Get users by email address
  • Create permissions request per user
  • Approve request by ID
