It seems like installer is not working properly when v1 of Dotenv library aws installed previously.

Temporary fix.

  1. Remove acf and acf-installer (and Dotenv 1 if you still have it) from composer.
  2. run composer update
  3. Add back all the packages
  4. run composer update
