`getOrientedFastFeatures`: handle cases where orientation cannot be determined

We compute the orientation of a keypoint based on the line between the origin and the center of mass of the patch around the keypoint. It could happen that the center of mass is on the origin itself, hence not allowing to compute the orientation. This case should be handled properly.
