Describe the bug
I have 4 doors, 3 with readers. All are working fine except the one without a reader paired. The one without a reader paired does not update the state of the lock in Home Assistant when the state of the lock changes

This behavior is not present on 1.2.6. Everything works as expected on that version

Which Hub are you using

  1. Unifi Access Hub

Versions:

  • Home Assistant Version: 2025.2.1
  • Unifi Access version: 3.0.41
  • Unifi Access Integration version: 1.2.8

Home Assistant DEBUG logs (MANDATORY)

@jdgiddings do you mind installing/trying the thumbnail-error branch and letting me know if it works for you?

I will experiment with that as soon as I can, probably once the building is empty for the night

@imhotep That branch appears to behave correctly. I'm receiving both lock and unlock websocket events now
