Presto as an R package ?

Hello,

Thank you for this package, I was wondering if the package is planned to be on CRAN for R-4.1 release ?

This is because I would love to integrate the fast wilcoxon fonctionality in a package I am developping, but as it is a Bioconductor package it cannot import package from GitHub.

I am actually using matrixTests::col_wilcoxon_twosample, but this is still quite slow and RAM heavy.

I think it would be of great value for a lot of people if presto was on CRAN/Bioconductor.
Seurat developers said they would likely integrate presto with their function to determine DE genes, FindMarkers, if presto was on CRAN/Bioconductor satijalab/seurat-wrappers#90 (Right now it's part of seurat-wrappers package thanks to jasonj708, but if it was part of Seurat, that would be even nicer of course.)

It appears that the CRAN prep was completed quite a while ago, but I don't see presto on CRAN (or Bioconductor).
Is there still a plan on publishing this package on CRAN/Bioconductor?
