Link to the row in the spreadsheet from the received socres or awarded scores pages

It might be nice to be able to link to the spreadsheet row from where the data is being pulled. It would be useful to the Spirit Directors in case of discrepancies that need to be cross checked (like duplicate entries, etc). But, that would expose the URL of the doc, which we don't want during the tournament duration. May be just specify the row/column number instead of linking?

If URL was entered, store in the Flask session. And use that to decide if we should show the links to spreadsheet or not.
