IEEE 802.11 dimensional radio doesn't deal with null subcarrier and guard subcarriers #832

The signal decoding also happens in the wrong bandwidth including the guard subcarriers which do not carry information at all.
For example, a 20MHz signal only carries information in a 16.562MHz bandwidth the rest is the guard subcarriers.

I guess the same problem applies to the scalar variant.
