Description:

When running rubocop with current configuration AllCops are disabled for config files. This means that these files could have some styling issues which will not be caught (e.g empty lines, final newline missing, ...)

Suggestion:

Remove config files from AllCops exclusion list and add only specific cop exclusion (e.g block length)
