Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

We continue to find in our review that your app provides services or requires sensitive user information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the COVID-19 pandemic is a public health crisis, services and information related to it are considered to be part of the healthcare industry. In addition, the seller and company names associated with your app are not from a recognized institution, such as a governmental entity, hospital, insurance company, non-governmental organization, or university.

Per section 5.1.1 (ix) of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps that provide services or collect sensitive user information in highly-regulated fields, such as healthcare, should be submitted by a legal entity that provides these services, and not by an individual developer.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, your app must be published under a seller and company name of a recognized institution. If you have developed this app on behalf of such an institution, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. If your client does not yet have an Apple Developer account, they can enroll for one as an organization through the Apple Developer website.

COVID-19 대유행은 공중 보건 위기이기 때문에 이와 관련된 서비스 및 정보는 의료 산업의 일부로 간주됩니다. 
또한 앱과 연결된 판매자 및 회사 이름은 정부 기관, 병원, 보험 회사, 비정부 기관 또는 대학과 같이 인정된 기관의 이름이 아닙니다.

App Store 검토 지침의 섹션 5.1.1(ix)에 따라 의료와 같이 엄격하게 규제되는 분야에서 서비스를 제공하거나 
민감한 사용자 정보를 수집하는 앱은 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 법인이 제출해야 하며, 개인 개발자는 안 됩니다.

이 문제를 해결하려면 승인된 기관의 판매자 및 회사 이름으로 앱을 게시해야 합니다. 해당 기관을 대신하여 이 앱을 개발한 경우 고객에게 
Apple 개발자 계정의 개발 팀에 귀하를 추가하도록 조언하십시오. 고객에게 아직 Apple Developer 계정이 없는 경우 
Apple Developer 웹사이트를 통해 조직으로 등록할 수 있습니다.

사진상에서 코로나 관련 지원금 내용도 앱출시 승인 거절 사유로 꼽힌 것으로 보아,
직간접적인 모든 코로나 관련 뉴스와 코로나 키워드를 삽입한 뉴스들은 앱 출시 전까지 지양하는 것이 맞는 것 같습니다.

앱 출시 안정성을 위해 검색창에 '코로나' 키워드 검색 시 결과없음으로 나오도록 맞춰주시는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
<모가디슈> '펜데믹' 키워드 부분은 애플 측에서 첨부파일로 사진만 보내주고 구체적인 설명이 없었기 때문에 애매한 부분이지만,
'펜데믹' 또한 코로나 관련 간접 키워드로 또다시 승인거부가 될 것을 방지하기 위해
'펜데믹' 단어를 지워주신 다자인으로 다시 보내주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

완료되시면 3차 앱 등록 진행 하겠습니다.
