Problem appears to have been ephemeral (unless @mayofaulkner fixed it already). This PR contains the other test fixes. The last remaining failing test should be fixed by the dump needs copying to the cortexlab CI test alyx

This continues to be a problem, along with IO errors in the widefield and spikelgx tests. Perhaps we need to run some disk diagnostics?
