For LID 1: ... Honestly at this point we can get away with never passing back the more bit set to 1 in any completion queue entry.
For LID 2: It would be cool to at least track reads/writes. I looked into getting the CPU temperature and using that as at least one of the temperature fields, though that seemed pretty complicated at least on Win32. Let's also try to keep track of power on time and busy time. We can support read/writes on a namespace basis though the other fields will be globally based.
