It appears that DG2 never supported ZEX_NUMBER_OF_CCS anyway, and BMG has configurations that support either 1 CCS or 2 CCS at the same time: It looks like the BMG machine in CI only supports CCS mode 1.

The tests should be modified such that the CCS options are only used on PVC, and the cslices tests should be straight-up disabled on DG2.

I am currently confirming whether or not the error here from L0 is intentional: if the errors are intentional, then this is an error we need to catch in the UR first, then SYCL RT.
