Clipping of heading titles in 'merges' page

Problem

In the (https://openlibrary.org/merges) page, when we resize the page. We see the that the heading titles clip outside to box.

In some devices, it completely clips out of the box:

Reproducing the bug

1. Go to https://openlibrary.org/merges
2. Resize the page to any mobile device screen

• Expected behavior: The heading titles shouldn't clip out of the box
• Actual behavior: These titles are clipping outside the box

• Browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc): Chrome/Firefox
• OS (Windows, Mac, etc): Windows
• Logged in (Y/N): Y
• Environment (prod, dev, local): prod
