Saving notification bug/lag

Seeing a lot of errors in the past 24 hours or so where a page does in fact save, but there is a notification that the page save failed because it says some icon/image link within the page was unavailable. Seeing it on various pages (including this one most recently https://www.thewrap.com/aaron-sorkin-mitt-romney-joe-biden-kamala-harris/) Also seeing a lag in many cases with the save counter working which sometimes leads to autosave not working and the first problem also resulting in the save counter not working properly.
