Explain relationship between these Tutorials and the APIs

These tutorials all use the CLI (except the tutorial about whe WebUI/Station, if we create it). We need to explain that the tutorials provide the conceptual framework while the JS/GO apis (should?) have corresponding examples showing how to do most of the same things using those apis. The API docs are light on conceptual framework because they rely on these CLI-based tutorials to explain that stuff.
