Add option to hide the table with all packages

Feature Request

Add an argument to not display the entire table of all packages/files, and just display the totals/summary values for line/branch/complexity/health.

Additional Context

For large projects the table can get pretty big. I would rather just have the totals displayed in my PR comment.
