In ITU OB 1174, amendment to dataset “List of International Signalling Point Codes” looks like this:

In subsequent ITU OB 1183, amendment to same dataset looks like this:

@ronaldtse, I checked the original dataset annexed to ITU OB 1109 and it looks like 1183 is correct, 1174 is wrong. I assume this is an example of human error associated with manually repeated data entry. If it’s not an error, we must be royally confused.
