Climate data from the mosquitoes collecting areas in Gothenburg and Uppsala.
It contains the 3 directories:
- Data: contains the sensor calibration data before the campaign, the measurement at each date of collection (3 times) and the data from GVC building used as reference for synoptic conditions.
- Metadata: contains photos of each site, sensor location and description, LCZ type data for the study area.
- Scripts: script to automatically gather and plot the data (calibration or measurement).
