AdSlot with targeting gets lost on component reload

Weird issue. Our app is using and AdSlot inside a react-visibility-sensor that causes component unloading when not visible. When targeting info is set so that only one single ad is pulled for that ad slot if the component is unloaded/reloaded even though the targeting info is still provided in manager.js:gptLoadAds() (verified in the debugger) google provides ads outside the target.
