hello!

just curios - have you tried to compile it on freebsd?
i'm thinking to install it on pfsense/opnsense... and before setup clean freebsd - i wanted to ask - are there any problems?

Hi,
I'm sure that there is some Linux-specific stuff. I could be interested to fix that, and/or to add support for *bsd, although I have pretty much zero experience with that OS (besides using pfsense)

I know that 2 years have passed, but... what BSD environment would you recommend for porting/testing this application ?
The one which have the least setup time (on a VM, of course).

Added basic support for freebsd
Basic = "it builds and runs"

It also retrieves some info if you install dmidecode.

It's still missing network info: it only retrieves IP address, for now.

The master branch should now work on pfsense, too. I don't know how to build and install there, though.
