Request: enable "Discussions" in GitHub

Hi!

First of all, thank you for maintaining this project.

I'm setting this up for the first time and have some questions. But I don't feel like questions belong to Issues here on GitHub, and I couldn't find a link to a community chat or something like that, so I thought that perhaps you could enable the Discussions feature here on GitHub so people can ask questions without creating Issues.

It's just a suggestion, do as you please. 🙂

If you don't want Discussions or any other community feature, I'm interested to know what your policy is regarding questions, just so I know where/how/if I can ask them.
