I didn't have any error when installing anything, the first thing I do is to install blender and check if it works, when I open blender I get a white screen,

I have the drives updated, I look in device manager and my graphics card comes out correctly,

I have been looking for solutions and trying solutions like reinstalling the VM, and it does not solve, I dont really undestand in all this so I do not know if this problem has a solution or not.

I also found out that the drivers from the VM are no the same than the host machine, not sure if its normal nor not:

That the drivers are not the same is correct.
The problem is that Blender uses OpenGL and OpenGL is not really supported.
One thing I noticed is that you are using an AMD graphics card and the latest drivers seem to have problems with GPU PV as mentioned in this thread.
But I dont think that will help.
There's also this thread about enabling OpenGL with a few things that you could try out but it could be that there's currently no way of getting Blender to run using GPU PV.
