Rethink ASIO API

There seem to be multiple bugs/inconveniences with the ASIO API:

1. Jamulus process doesn't get killed if you select a device with wrong sample rate (ASIO4ALL) #872
2. Sound issues related to d8a5c6f (Applied hot fix which reverts it to a state before this commit so this should no longer happen)
3. It seems to me that if you quickly enable/disable in/outputs in ASIO4ALL Jamulus sometimes hangs and sometimes doesn't (this is not a regression as far as I know)
4. If you have selected a device with a wrong sample rate in ASIO4ALL it's a pain getting it right since Jamulus might close itself
5. ASIO4ALL doesn't give names users understand, so they might try every input/output which might result in error messages. Problem: We can't just disable the audio processing completely if a user selects his/her in/outputs since this will make the user experience even worse: He would not be able to hear if he set up the correct inputs/outputs
6. Inputs/outputs might not show up if you plugged your device into your PC after Jamulus+ASIO4ALL has started
7. ...

All these issues seem to be related to ASIO4ALL + Jamulus ASIO API.

#870 might be a way out, but some issues will still remain (sample rate,...). I'd like to focus on fixing it in the current API.
