Release checklist

Bump _VERSION_ in ddgr;
Update date and version in ddgr.1;
Update packagecore.yaml, if necessary;
Update CHANGELOG with the new changes;
Make sure help text in README.md is up-to-date;
Create signed tag and push to GitHub;
Create a GitHub release and populate the release notes section with what went into CHANGELOG earlier.
