Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am frustrated when I click into one link only to find out that an app is not maintained and the last update was like 5 years ago.

Describe the solution you'd like

add a icon for unmaintained apps and/or move them to a seperate list

Describe alternatives you've considered

@mio-19 It's a good idea. If there are multiple identical apps, we can remove the ones that are no longer maintained. If there is no suitable replacement, we can consider adding an icon.
