Better inline code snippets handling

• Switch off the SyntaxRange
• Handle additional attributes after #+BEGIN_SRC language
• Support all runtime/syntax/*.vim syntaxes automatically
• Allow to whitelist and blacklist particular syntaxes
• Allow to add syntax aliases (like in vim-markdown).
