Update and complete Windows Agent instruction documentation migration

Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.

This issue is to preserve the work that has been done already in this pull request, and provide the opportunity for additional work to be done. The original pull request has been labelled stalled (as discussed in recent Jenkins Documentation SIG office hours) due to inactivity, but the existing work done by the original submitter is valuable and should be preserved/utilized to enhance the Jenkins documentation.

Since #3289 was created as part of the jenkins wiki migration series of tasks, this documentation would need additional updates and to use the suggestions to improve the documentation as needed.

Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.

Hi @pyther-hub for the TODO, these would be additional information that would be applicable to the what it is tied to.

For example, there is a Launch Method item, with 1 listed method, and then the TODO. The TODO here would be other launch methods a user might implement.

For Availability, it would be additional availability options similar to "Keep this agent online as much as possible".

The final TODO in that page would be Connecting via SSH, where the instructions on using SSH to connect would be needed.

This would also require updated screenshots as the original ones are still using the outdated terms "master" and "slave".

Other than that, there are several comments and suggestions on #3289 that may help guide or clarify other instances.
