Add "username" "password" and "liquibaseProLicensekey" under Liquibase Configuration build step

When adding a build step "evaluate liquibase changeSets" in the project configuration, it would be nice to have additional fields like:

1. username
2. password
3. liquibaseProLicensekey

Set as environment variables.

This is possibly a wide range concern to many of the Liquibase users as it is not safe to save such sensitive information in source control.
