Details and Cleanup to get v1.09 closer to production quality usage

BEM's post test/demo list (on PDPR2023)

• Remove Delete Users should be Removed Deleted Users
• A user cannot edit their own account, so they are unable to add a Role to themselves
• IsSuperUser checkbox is appearing when editing a User even when that user isn't a SuperUser and shouldn't see that disabled box
• When editing a specific User and clicking the "User Role Management" button, the filter "Rows Per Page" has two dropdown chevrons
• The Display name does not auto fill out the First and Last name fields, this might be okay?
• The page title "Manage Users" is hidden under the header/Navbar
