Is there a module index file containing all the modules provided by gocenter?

My ongoing research requires a relatively complete go module index table with module versions. As far as I know, Go.dev has provided an index file, Go Module Index, and I want to know if there is a way to get the index file that contains all the modules provided by gocenter.
