jf setup not supported anymore but still appear in artifactory

Describe the bug

Hi Jfrog team !
We still have this popup in our platform when we want to set up the CLI and it's not working anymore due to the remove of jfrog.
Can you provide a pop up replacement or a solution for this command ? Cause it's not working anymore on our side and we need to downgrade the jfrog version manually to use it. (Replacing [RELEASE] by 2.19.0)

I already post this message on this PR but got no response so I am opening this ticket.

Current behavior

Legacy pop up here , and no solution for jf setup :

Reproduction steps

Action :

• Open JFrog Platform
• Click on Integration
• Click on configure

Result :

• Pop up with "Jfrog setup" that is not working anymore appear

Expected behavior

Action :

• Open JFrog Platform
• Click on Integration
• Click on configure

Expected result :

• Pop up with a new way to "jfrog setup" should appear
