Allow users to spend RoboCoin to play songs that are longer than the length limit

Investigate if it's best to spend X coins for a 10 minute extension, or X coins per minute and can extend as long as you can afford??

AC:

user spends coins and the old length limit doesn't apply any more
user spends coins and the new length limit now applies
