Seems Google Fonts provides different links per subset/unicode-range

For instance, for this font links are these:

subset url
latin ../iJWHBXyIfDnIV7Eyjmmd8WA.woff2
cyrillic ../iJWHBXyIfDnIV7EyjmmZ8WDm7Q.woff2
hebrew ../iJWHBXyIfDnIV7Eyjmmf8WDm7Q.woff2

Unicode-range is supported in 2.0.0 but URLs are not covered - it's only include first one. I think it's makes no sense to provide unicode-ranges without links
