[Bug]: Split bar doesn't reach top of scren

Description

I have been using Ice for a while and been pretty happy with it, but recently noticed a graphical inconsistency I cannot understand. I am on a notch-less M1 MacBook Air and when enabling the split bar appearance the top of the menu bar is cut off so that the wallpaper is visible for a pixel or two at the very top of the screen. Unsure if this is intended, but I would like an option to disable this behavior if so. The small amount of non-translucent space at the top of my screen is very distracting and makes the menu bar feel detached from the top of my laptop's screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Ice
2. Go to Menu Bar Appearance in settings
3. Turn on "Split" or "Full" Menubar Shape
4. The top of the Menu Bar is pushed down a pixel or two as the shape is cut at the top by a couple pixels

I have attached a screenshot showing a closeup of my menubar, with border turned on to highlight the heigt cutoff.
