Application icon in windows not correct

Describe the bug
The applications icon in windows start menu does not show up correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to windows start menu
2. Click on screendeck

Expected behavior
Right icon show up

There seems to be a problem with the startup folder too

This is likely just a packaging/build issue.

The problem with the icon still persist in version 1.1.0
