Upgrade to reveal 5

Some days ago, revealjs was updated to v.5.0.0 (meanwhile the latest version is 5.0.4). Would it be possible to update from current version 4.4.0 to this one?

@deining Thanks for opening the issue. I'm open to it but don't have time right now to test. Would you be up for trying it on a branch and opening a PR if it works and the test presentations are in good shape?

Hello! Is there a doc somewhere that explains how to migrate the reveal.js lib within reveal-hugo? (I can try to setup a branch for Reveal 5.0.5 but I'm relatively new to both hugo and reveal.js)

@murvoy Hello! Not that I know of unfortunately. I'd try updating the reveal-js folder in the static directory with the latest version and seeing what breaks. You can open a PR with the changes and other folks can help fix what breaks.

This commit by @davidovich upgrading to 4.4.0 may prove useful.
