Add a news-feed to the popup

I was thinking of adding a newsfeed for the extension when the popup is open and no items are in the queue.
As of right now a set of instructions on how to use the extension is shown. The feed will replace these instructions and supply the user with updates or new on the extension.

There could also be the addition of a notification in the popup of new news so if the user does have links in their queue they can click the notification and maybe be brought to a page with all the updates. this could also be the functionality if the "latest news" is clicked in the blank popup.
