Current Behavior

When we put out a new jrnl release, we run some homebrew commands to automatically open a brew PR with the latest release. This has been error-prone for us a lot (and hard to troubleshoot for a variety of reasons), and it looks like it's not even necessary anymore, since we're now getting this message:

Whoops, the jrnl formula has its version update
pull requests automatically opened by BrewTestBot every ~3 hours!
We'd still love your contributions, though, so try another one
that's not in the autobump list:
  https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/master/.github/autobump.txt

Expected Behavior

I'm thinking that we should just remove this step. It looks like the brew community is trying to automatically release the latest jrnl version anyway, based on the message we're getting.
