Problem

JSR should have its own independent blog, at the moment JSR news is published by Deno. That's good, but it would be practical and better in a move to separate Deno from JSR to have an independent blog.

Potential solution

Have a blog.jsr.io repo that contains the source code of a static site that we publish with GH pages and just the DNS below.
