In the stdout log:

Subscription Dispatches may have a different color for the BIND/RELEASE verb
-Logging should be done in JSTP URIs.- _Not, URIs look bad on console.
Answer Dispatches may have both a different color and begin with the statusCode
The JSON from the Body might be syntax-highlighted.

There is a lot of room to improve in the logging of message emissions.

It is quite improved now, but still it can get better. Incoming Dispatches are not logged as incoming and it is confusing since they look local.

Also: error in connections should look nicer.

Choose xterm console colors for each error and error type
Choose xterm console colors for each method
Choose fallback colors for console
