CI is failing

Currently the conda-incubator/setup-miniconda@v3 step seems to be failing on CI:

Noticed in #1110.

This is likely related to the deprecation of mambaforge.

#1112 seems to be helping with conda setup part already.

However there are other failures related to some robot framework stuff. If someone with knowledge of that would like to help fix it that would be great, thanks!
