Is the bot reacting to the "support" label disabled for this repo or malfunctioning? #15
Comments
I received an email about bot permissions a few months(?) ago which I ignored as it wasn't clear what it was referring to... maybe it was this 😐 |

This is the current config https://github.com/jupyterhub/.github/blob/master/.github/support.yml |
Aaaaa thanks for the issue transfer @manics! I didn't understand where this was configured! |
The old support-bot was disabled jupyterhub/.github#15 This is the recommended replacement dessant/support-requests#8

I've opened jupyterhub/jupyterhub#3670 on the jupyterhub repo. We could use something like https://github.com/manics/github-batch-updater to automatically add this to multiple repos, though we may prefer to customise the support message for some repos anyway, e.g. for Z2JH we could ask for their Z2JH config and details of their K8S system to be included in their discourse posts. |
We had a bot triggering on the support label, is it down, or disabled?
Example where it doesn't trigger within this repo: jupyterhub/jupyterhub#3655
