We had a bot triggering on the support label, is it down, or disabled?

Example where it doesn't trigger within this repo: jupyterhub/jupyterhub#3655

I received an email about bot permissions a few months(?) ago which I ignored as it wasn't clear what it was referring to... maybe it was this 😐

Just found this
dessant/support-requests#8

Support Requests has been rewritten for GitHub Actions, offering new features and better control over your automation presets. The legacy GitHub App has been deprecated, and the public instance of the app has been shut down. You're receiving this message because the deprecated app is still installed for your user account or organization.

You can follow the user guide and examples to install the new action for your repositories:

The old support-bot was disabled jupyterhub/.github#15
This is the recommended replacement dessant/support-requests#8

I've opened jupyterhub/jupyterhub#3670 on the jupyterhub repo.

We could use something like https://github.com/manics/github-batch-updater to automatically add this to multiple repos, though we may prefer to customise the support message for some repos anyway, e.g. for Z2JH we could ask for their Z2JH config and details of their K8S system to be included in their discourse posts.
