Batch analysis and Single analysis don't align #551

Hi

Apologies if this user error, I'm just starting out on BirdNet but loving it so far! I've had some ARUs deployed collecting bird calls and have run a batch analysis on files collected from a certain date range. In QAQC'ing the summary results, I've run a single analysis on files that the batch analysis showed a detection for a species that is less common to detect in the area but still within range. The analysis of the single file isn't detecting the same species as the batch analysis did for that file. Based on my manual ID I think the batch analysis is potentially correct, but wondering why I am seeing this difference in analysis?

Thanks for any insight!

@Josef-Haupt could be a different cut-off threshold for the geomodel for single file analysis.

@42DillEP could you share the file so we can investigate?

Thanks!
