Provide more specific actions to edit features of a layer

Now there is a single action to edit layer data, which is not always convenient. For instance, users performing survey in the field are often in an addition mode instead of an edit mode. Moreover, they are often focused on a specific type of geometry like points or zones. Dedicated actions to create new points or polygons should be more convenient in this case.

Related to #1097 as this will avoid editing the layer with full edit options.
