The goal of this ticket is to implement a proxying mode of operation for the server, even if it uses S3-compatible storage.

Thus, if S3-compatible storage is inside a closed/internal network, and only HTTP(S) is available from the outside, such a proxying will work.

While investigating kamu-data/kamu-node#147, we found that there was an attempt to go directly to an externally unreachable internal address.
