Storing viewers in geopackage files

Dear colleagues, some viewers are old and we would like to archive them. Could you please save the following viewers (including datasets and styles) in geopackage files (one file per viewer)? The idea is that when opening a geopackage file, you would basically see what you see now in the viewer.

@EliVolsch @SterckxArnaud I have prepared the archivals for the the viewers. Small Island Developing States (TWAP) which is smallest is size can be accessed as a document via https://ggis.un-igrac.org/catalogue/#/document/2531. The other two are larger than the limit (100MB) for document upload. I will need the help of @meomancer to navigate through this file upload limit.
