Cannot connect to Odoo instance #10

Hello,
When trying to connect to Odoo using the Client object - I get different errors:
-> https://xxx.odoo.com -> gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed
-> xxx.odoo.com -> "WinError 10060"
