Replace Linen with Hall everywhere #150

We've been evaluating https://kedro.hall.community/ for a while and it's working great. I'm waiting on some search improvements to fully bet on it.

When we're confident, we should replace links to Linen with Hall in our website and docs.

Might be a good idea to archive Linen's content as well.
